Saudi Arabia has officially introduced a new symbol for the riyal, 
Approved by King Salman, its design is inspired by Arabic calligraphy to highlight the Kingdom’s rich cultural heritage.
It is due to be implemented in phases and aims to grow Saudi Arabia’s presence in global financial markets, aligning with Vision 2030 goals.
