Diriyah Company has signed a staggering $827 million deal with Midad Real Estate to develop the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Diriyah.
It is due to include a 159 room luxury hotel and stunning branded residences within the exquisite $63 billion Diriyah masterplan.
It aims to support Diriyah’s and Saudi Vision 2030 tourism goals to attract millions of visitors annually.
